I DON'T HAVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DO I DO? We always send a confirmation email for successful bookings. If you haven't received a confirmation email after 10 minutes, please email customerservices@ingresso.co.uk with your booking reference from the confirmation page. If you don't have this, please provide your full name and the date and time that you purchased. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE TICKET ORDER AFTER THE BOOKING HAS BEEN COMPLETED? If you need to change details on your ticket order, please contact tourism@moma.org with your booking number. CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND MY TICKETS? Tickets can be exchanged or refunded up to 24 hours before the visit. WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE BOOKING? MoMA will issue an invoice for ticket bookings on a monthly basis. You do not need to pay at the time of booking. WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE TICKET? Tickets include admission to all galleries and special exhibitions. Visitors can access digital maps and free audio guides in nine languages from their own device. Free Wifi is available throughout the Museum. WHAT EXHIBITIONS ARE ON VIEW? A complete list of current and upcoming exhibitions can be found on MoMA’s website. WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES ARE IN PLACE AT MOMA?
